One Firefly Launches Luxepost Marketing Service Following Award Win at CEDIA Expo

Luxepost, launching alongside the company’s new Mercury Plus website service, aims to get integrators in front of new luxury clients as they move into an integrator’s territory.

Want to get in front of luxury clients before the competition knows they’ve even moved into the neighborhood? One Firefly is launching a service that aims to do just that for integrators, in addition to a website marketing service that aims to completement the first. Both revealed at CEDIA Expo 2026, Luxepost and Mercury Plus are the latest offerings from the company.

What Luxepost Offers

According to One Firely, Luxepost is built around putting a dealer’s brand in front of high-value, new luxury homeowners within days of them closing on a location.

“Timing is everything when you’re earning a new homeowner’s trust, and most integrators simply aren’t in front of them soon enough,” said Ron Callis, CEO of One Firefly.

One way in which the system aims to maintain that level of expedience and quality is through a monthly refresh, meaning integrators get a steady stream of prospects, rather than a one-time list. There’s also tracking behind every campaign so dealers can look into how successful the service is.

One thing integrators will want to note, however, is that, as part of the service, territories are protected from other Luxepost dealers. While this certainly helps to eliminate accidental competition from those using the same service, one thing integrators will want to make note of is that this does mean territories operate on a first-come, first-served basis.

One important clarification, however, is that exclusivity doesn’t necessarily apply to an entire city, metro area or state. Territories are based on the specific ZIP codes, neighborhoods, or other geographic areas a dealer selects for their campaign.

What this means is two integrators operating in the same broader market could potentially use Luxepost, as long as their selected territories don’t overlap.

What Mercury Plus Offers

As described by One Firefly: “Mercury Plus gives growing integrators a new way to invest in their digital presence by putting ongoing, growth-focused marketing at the center of the relationship.”

The way One Firefly is looking to provide this for integrators is in the form of a custom-built website that comes with SEO-ready architecture, conversion-focused design, and access to One Firefly’s exclusive library of professionally shot lifestyle and technology video.

One Firefly then supports the website for 12 months, after which (and once the website is paid in full) the integrator owns the site outright.

“Mercury Plus starts with a dealer’s growth goals,” Callis added. “They’re investing in the ongoing marketing that builds visibility and creates opportunity, and that investment unlocks a beautiful, professional website to support it. It’s a different way to think about digital growth: put more of the investment toward moving the business forward while building a premium digital asset you ultimately own.”

Why Integrators Should Take Note

While many integrators find new clients via word of mouth and through partnerships with other trades, outreach programs like Luxepost, adds a level of proactive vigilance to the process by finding new clients as they enter an integrator’s territory.

Based on this prospect, Luxepost was awarded a CE Pro BEST Product Award for Business Software during CEDIA Expo 2026.
