Nightscaping is launching a new tiered support program called Design Studio, giving dealers access to award-winning lighting design expertise, client-ready presentation materials, bill of materials support, budget guidance, and optional installation management.
What Comes with Nightscaping’s Design Studio
Design Studio offers three levels of support—Silver, Gold, and Diamond—which Nightscaping says allow dealers to match the right level of design resources to each client’s project size and complexity.
- Silver is a free service for Nightscaping dealers that is ideal for projects under 30 fixtures or covering one to two areas.
- Gold is designed for larger or more complex projects that call for full design development.
- Diamond connects dealers with full-service, white-label support from sister company Lighthouse Design Studio, a multiple award-winning (50+) landscape and architectural lighting design, product specification, and installation services management firm for marquee estate projects.
Each tier also provides personalized design support, visuals, product guidance, and budget information dealers can use to build proposals quickly.
The new design program also gives Nightscaping dealers access to a growing library of free sales and design resources, including project questionnaires, discovery checklists, imagery guides, and tools currently in development.
“Design Studio puts professional design expertise behind this, enabling dealers to sell with more confidence, present bigger ideas, and close projects faster,” says Nightscaping VP of Business Development Brandon Helms.
Why Integrators Should Take Note
As design services become the norm among manufacturers, these expanded resources have the potential to become less of a “nice-to-have” bonus and more of a necessity, helping integrators keep up with demand and competition. While the industry has yet to reach a point of saturation where every company offers a design service, the editors at CE Pro are interested in seeing how far this trend will go.
