As many of you know, I stepped into this role just after last year’s CE Pro 100 was published, and I quickly learned how much trust and participation this list requires from the industry. More than 100 companies shared details about their businesses and 2025 performance, forcing CE Pro to carefully evaluate submissions and verify information to preserve the integrity of a list many integrators use as a badge of credibility with clients, employees, vendors and partners.
CE Pro 100 companies account for over $8 billion in revenue for 2026
This year’s CE Pro 100 reflects an industry that is becoming increasingly stratified. Collectively, the companies on the list account for more than $8 billion in revenue, but even excluding national providers like ADT and Vivint, a relatively small group of firms continue to pull ahead through scale, operational investment and acquisitions. Meanwhile, the majority of integrators remain smaller, highly specialized businesses rooted in local markets and project-based work.
The data also reinforces a broader shift happening across the industry. Rather than chasing aggressive growth, many integrators are focusing on operational discipline, improving processes, investing in staff and using technologies like AI to build more predictable and profitable businesses. Looking ahead, the mood across the CE Pro 100 is best described as cautiously optimistic, with stability and long-term sustainability increasingly taking priority over rapid expansion.
