Shelly Group Opens Installer Portal in Expansion of Pro-Channel Resources

Paired with its existing Dealer Program, the new resource is meant to serve as a centralized platform building and managing Shelly-based systems both during and after installation.

Shelly Group is upping its pro-channel game once again with the release of the Shelly Installer Portal. Designed as a hub for dealers and installers, the new platform comes equipped with tools and resources used in designing, deploying, managing and scaling Shelly-powered smart home and connected building automation systems.

The news comes a little under a year after the introduction of the Shelly Dealer Program and expanded U.S. distribution network, debuting at the 2025 CEDIA Expo/CIX show.

Why this matters to integrators

Since its debut in 2023, Shelly has continued to evolve its professional offering in response to its growing audience of custom integrators. Combined with the Dealer Program, Shelly says the portal is meant to give integrators greater access to Shelly products, training, dedicated technical resources, and business-building tools to support every stage of the installation cycle.

The Shelly ecosystem includes flexible relays, dimmers, low-voltage modules, panelized lighting control, powerful energy monitoring devices, and a suite of sensors for security, motion, water leak, gas, temperature, humidity and more.

In terms of connectivity, the Shelly product ecosystem also supports Wi-Fi, Ethernet, Z-Wave Long Range (ZWLR), Bluetooth, Zigbee, and Matter, enabling flexible integration into a wide variety of automation environments. Shelly integrations and drivers are also available for leading professional platforms including Control4, Crestron, Alarm.com, URC, Josh.ai, ELAN, RTI, Q-Sys, and AVA.

The Shelly Installer Portal serves as a centralized platform for professional installers looking to build, manage, and scale business through Shelly’s offering portfolio.

Via the portal, installers can access an all-new Customer Management Platform that enables them to remotely monitor, manage and update customer-owned Shelly systems from a singular location, allowing them to better support deployed systems over time with the option for providing premium, on-going services post-install.

The portal also provides access to a library of Shelly Certified installer training sources that includes product education, installation guides, and a dedicated knowledge base that is updated regularly.

The launch of the new Installer Portal looks to strengthen Shelly’s growing professional channel strategy and approach, offering product access, training, technical documentation, customer management tools and platform integration into one cohesive program.
