Following a period of significant company growth and market expansion, Audio Advice has announced it will be “beefing up” its sales force to continue to provide the level of customer service and product expertise that has earned the firm its national reputation in both custom integration (CI) and consumer electronics.
As part of this growth, Audio Advice is adding two key salespeople to its Miami location: Sebastian Simon and Aleksei Panov.
Simon is a Miami local with deep ties to the community, while Panov has served Audio Advice’s Charlotte location for many years. As part of this new position, Panov will relocate to support the growing Miami team under Simon. Audio Advice says his extensive background in premium A/V solutions will be an immediate asset to the rapidly expanding Miami customer base.
Concurrent with strengthening the Miami team, Audio Advice is also welcoming industry veteran Chad Fagin to its Charlotte location. Fagin brings several decades of specialized experience in both high-performance audio and advanced home automation. Audio Advice says his vast knowledge will further elevate the premium, custom-tailored experiences that Charlotte-area clients have come to expect.
Why Integrators Should Take Note
These strategic personnel moves represent Audio Advice’s ongoing approach to growth across North America, ensuring that, as the company expands, its customer service retains the same level of quality and care that a more local business would have.
“As home technology becomes increasingly sophisticated, Audio Advice recognizes that the foundation of an exceptional customer experience lies in the expertise of its staff,” says the company in a press release.
“By continually recruiting, relocating, and investing in top-tier talent like Simon, Panov, and Fagin, the company ensures that every customer—whether they are building a dedicated home theater, upgrading their two-channel audio system, or integrating full-scale home automation—receives unparalleled guidance and support.”
