Orluna x Lutron Integrations

The phased UK rollout of Lutron’s Intelligent Lighting solutions reached a new milestone on April 10, 2026. The full suite of Orluna light fittings were made available within the My Lutron portal, allowing the fixtures to be included in quotes and designs for those working within a Lutron lighting system.
A significant feature of the launch introduces Orluna CCX technology into Lutron systems, allowing installers to deliver multi-circuit results using a single existing cable.
Historically, creating a multi-layered lighting scheme in a retrofit project required significant cabling, chasing into walls and the disruption of replastering to create separate physical circuits.
Leveraging CCX software, Lutron says installers can now group individual fittings and create scenes through the Lutron programming environment, providing the client with a professional, multi-zoned lighting design without the need for additional cables.
Optique Velino.0 Series

Optique released its Velino.0 series of linear lights today, classing it as the slimmest architectural luminaire in the company’s portfolio with a low glare rating. The system comes in either a 1/2‑inch or 5/8‑inch housing featuring a 1/2-inch aperture and a Unified Glare Rating (UGR) of under 12 at 700 lumens per foot.
According to Optique, the narrow housing is designed to fit into tight ceiling conditions, millwork or architectural details where traditional linear fixtures won’t fit. The universal mounting ecosystem includes T‑Grid Clip‑On, T‑Grid Recessed, Recessed, Surface‑Mount, Slat and Suspended Shapes in 2-foot by 2-foot, 2-foot by 4-foot, and 4-foot by 4-foot configurations.
LED options include Static White, RGB, RGBW and Tunable White.

Under the partnership, Somfy motors will be controllable through Casambi’s LightingOS. The integration will also ensure that products using Somfy motors can be used in tandem with other devices and technologies across Casambi’s global OEM ecosystem.
According to both companies, the initial integrations between Casambi’s 0—10V and Somfy’s Digital Network (SDN) motors are set to be the first in a series. Both companies plan to expand integration capabilities in the future while exploring more potential in smart-building development.
