ISC West 2022 was held March 22-25 at the Venetian Expo in Las Vegas — but its attendance numbers show a positive sign for the integration industry.
According to the event’s producer, Reed, ISC West experience and 88% growth rate for total attendance above last year’s event in July.
With nearly 20,000 total security and public safety industry professionals in attendance, just under 12,000 dealers, installers, integrators, end users and consultant attendees reconnected at ISC West, many for the first time still since pre-pandemic times.
Offering the chance to meet with over 550 exhibitors and brands, learn from over 65 SIA Education@ISC sessions, and network at over two dozen special events, ISC West proved to be a successful event where the industry heavily supported the need to be back in person at industry trade events, according to an announcement.

“This industry is resilient, dedicated and passionate, and without our customers support and participation we could not have put on such a successful event. The entire ISC team says thank you and we are excited about the positive momentum and are already looking ahead to future success and further growth,” states Mary Beth Shaughnessy, Event Director of ISC Security Events.
The show floor featured several new components for 2022, including: the revamp of the SIA New Products & Solutions (NPS) Awards Program, which showcased more than 70 participating products and solutions; the introduction of The Bridge, which featured curated complimentary education sessions focused on industry megatrends; and the reimagined Featured Area gateways, which modernized the look and feel of the show floor, according to the announcement.
“SIA was inspired by the outstanding growth seen at ISC West 2022 and by seeing the energy and dedication on the show floor, in the conference sessions and at events taking place throughout the week,” says SIA CEO Don Erickson.

ISC West 2023 is scheduled to return to the Venetian Expo in Las Vegas: SIA Education@ISC, March 28-30; exhibit hall, March 29-31.
