Livly, a leading rental property management software platform, and LaMarco Systems, a Chicago-based integrator and provider of integrated security solutions, have announced a partnership that will utilize Livly’s “operating system for physical spaces.”
The partnership is said to enable a seamless deployment of the latest security technologies for tens-of-thousands of users of Livly’s digital platform that simplifies multi-dwelling unit (MDU) living and management experiences.
“Today’s renters have high expectations for each of their digital interactions, with security, access control and next-level convenience of increasing importance,” says Alex Samoylovich, founder and co-CEO of Livly.
“This partnership is another opportunity for us to improve the renter experience, while creating value for property owners and managers. Together with LaMarco Systems, we are positioned to continue leading the transformation of more convenient and secure multifamily living.”
Livly says it offers a technology platform focused on next-level conveniences for property managers and residents. Through the partnership, LaMarco Systems will provide hardware — such as smart locks that support keyless, mobile-based door entry — and manage the installation of end-to-end systems that integrate with smartphone apps Livly Resident and Livly Hub.

Property managers and residents that leverage Livly’s robust combination of tenant experience technology and management services will now have access to a range of the latest Cloud-based, AI– and biometric-assisted, and mobile-enabled life safety and integrated security systems, according to the company.
This includes access control, door entry and secure visitor management systems, alerts and mass notifications, area of rescue and fire alarms, as well as video surveillance and intrusion detection. Solutions that previously operated as standalone services are integrated to work together with features that cater to the uniqueness of each property.
During deployment, LaMarco Systems says its security experts will work closely with property managers, architects and contractors to understand the building infrastructure, prepare drawings and suggest necessary tools based on the individual news of the building.
Systems can be retrofitted across existing security or deployed as new innovations that manage all functions from a single interface on any device, anywhere, anytime.
“Integrated security is a natural fit into Livly’s already robust offering, and we are excited to be working together to help create unified, modern control center for residents and property managers,” says Marat Sedenkov, CEO of LaMarco Systems. “We are setting a new standard for security in multifamily properties, enabling greater visibility, convenience and control of systems that work seamlessly together to protect people where they live and work.”
