 DMF Lighting, a manufacturer of modular downlighting for the custom home integration channel, has announced the appointment of Chris Carboni as sales manager, residential systems central.
In his new role, Chris Carboni will work with DMF Lighting’s customers in Arkansas, Colorado, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, Louisiana, Minnesota, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, New Mexico, North Dakota, Oklahoma, South Dakota, Texas, Utah, Wisconsin and Wyoming.
Carboni’s background includes sales positions in both the high-end residential and commercial markets, working directly with architects, builders, developers, lighting designers and interior designers. He has a long history in the A/V and lighting categories, and comes to DMF Lighting from CET & Associates, where he served as the director of lighting, lighting sales manager, and sales engineer.
In his time with the company, lighting division sales grew from $3,000 to $6.5 million in less than five years, including a 98% growth increase between 2019 and 2020.Â
