Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd., has introduced its latest MicroLED, Neo QLED and Lifestyle TVs in advance of the annual Consumer Electronics Show 2022.
The global electronics manufacturer boasts that its new Samsung 2022 TVs provide advancements in picture and sound quality, as well as more screen size options, customizable accessories and an upgraded interface. Samsung notes the 2022 screens bring the vision of “Screens Everywhere, Screens for All” closer to reality with life-like images, immersive sound and personalized experiences.
Taking a closer look at Samsung 2022 TVs, the company points out that its MicroLED products utilize 25 million micrometer-size LEDs that individually produce light and color. For 2022 the company’s new MicroLED products are available in a choice of 89-, 101, and 110-inch screen sizes, and Samsung says the products support up to 20-bit grayscale depth.
Moreover, through its MicroLED technologies, Samsung explains the products deliver 1 million steps of brightness and color levels, as well as the ability to provide 100% of the DCI and Adobe RGB color gamuts.
Additionally, the MicroLED TVs offer features such as an Art Mode that allows homeowners to turn any room into an art gallery via their favorite artwork or digital photographs, and a multi-view option that allows users to view as many as four sources simultaneously.
QLED Samsung 2022 TVs Offer Immersive Experiences
Other products new for 2022 include Samsung’s QLED solutions. Samsung says the new QLED products incorporate is Neo Quantum Processor that will deliver advanced contrast mapping with back-light unit (BLU) technologies to increase brightness level gradations from 12 to 14 bits for greater control of its mini LEDs to enable more than 16,000 steps of lighting.
The QLED Samsung 2022 TVs also include Shape Adaptive Light technologies that through the processing of the Neo Quantum Processor, analyzes lines, shapes and surfaces to control the shape and light coming from the TVs’ mini LEDs.

Some of the other technologies bundled into the new televisions include Real Depth Enhancer, which is a multi-intelligence, picture-quality algorithm that is designed to create a greater sense of realism by processing an object that’s onscreen against its background to provide a sense of depth.

Samsung adds the QLED TVs also offer its EyeComfort mode that adjusts screen brightness and tone based on information collected by a built-in light sensor and sunset/sunrise information.
Samsung Remains Committed to the Design Community
For a number of years Samsung has led the charge in the consumer video market to develop more home-friendly products. Furthering its commitment to not only the design market, but also custom integrators, the Samsung 2022 TVs offer a choice of Lifestyle screens.
Samsung comments that its new Lifestyle screen products include new Matte Display with anti-glare, anti-reflection, and anti-fingerprint technologies, which are now available on its The Frame, The Sero and The Serif products.
Outlining the 2022 Samsung TV Lifestyle products, Samsung says The Frame line offers screen sizes ranging from 32 inches to 85 inches. The Frame also offers homeowners a greater choice of bezel options. The Serif like The Frame comes with a Matte Display, and it adds a 65-inch screen size to provide homeowners a choice of screen sizes that range from 43 inches to 65 inches. The Sero offers homeowners a display solution that includes its Matte Display in both vertical and horizontal display modes, as well as its Multi View options that allows users to view different content on the top and bottom of the screen, or the ability to search for information online while viewing other content.
Samsung adds all of its 2022 TVs come with its new Smart Hub that streamlines content creation, while making that content easier to access. The 2022 Samsung TVs’ Smart Hub includes a sidebar that facilitates easy navigation between categories such as Media, Gaming and Ambient (let’s homeowners focus on in-home activities).
The 2022 models also provide the ability to personalize the user experience via Auto Rotating Wall Mount and Stand that utilizes the vertical viewing experience of The Sero, and to complement this user experience, the products offer a vertical interface, as well as a vertical Multi View option.
Smart features include apps such as YouTube and TikTock, and mirror and casting in the products’ vertical mode.
All of the 2022 Samsung TVs also include full-motion, slim-fit wall mounts to allow integrators to install the TV into a greater range of home environments without disrupting the aesthetics of their clients’ home designs.
