Dave Humphries has always been a builder within the custom integration industry and over his career he’s built an impressive resume spanning manufacturing, rep, and association leadership.
Humphries founded manufacturer’s representative firm Atlantic Integrated in May 2003. Prior to that, he spent 15 years in various roles with Lutron Electronics. During his tenure in the industry, he has also served in executive roles at CEDIA and IPRO.
In 1992, Humphries co-founded Lutron’s original HomeWorks business, and from 1995-97 he developed Lutron’s CEDIA channel across Europe.
After returning to the U.S., Humphries created and developed Lutron’s wireless lighting control business in North America (RadioRA) from 1998-2000. He then bolstered Lutron’s builder and developer channel from 2000-03.

Atlantic Integrated is a nationally recognized manufacturers’ representative firm based in the Metro New York market. The firm specializes in luxury electronics with a focus on control and automation systems, hi-fi & performance audio solutions, home theater, networking, lighting and motorized shading systems, power management & surveillance.
Humphries proudly notes that the company’s staff has extensive experience in the custom installation and integration channel. He adds that Atlantic Integrated is also a member of the Custom Electronic Design and Installation Association (CEDIA).
Meanwhile, Humphries has held roles as CEDIA Chairman (January 2018 – December 2019), Vice Chairman (January 2016 – December 2017), and Treasurer (January 2013 – December 2015). He is a past president of IPRO (January 2011 – December 2014) and served as its Chairman (January 2015 – December 2016).
