Samsung Electronics America unveiled a lineup of new Bespoke AI appliances equipped with sophisticated AI technology, intuitive AI Home LCD touchscreens and convenient built-in Wi-Fi and SmartThings connectivity.
According to the company, the new products build on the capabilities of the Bespoke AI appliances Samsung introduced in 2024 to deliver Samsung’s HOME AI experience — an ecosystem of smart appliances that work together to learn from homeowners’ routines and preferences to help simplify everyday life.
“Our vision is to create a home where every appliance is not just connected but intelligent — continually learning from consumer habits and routines to simplify daily tasks and optimize energy use,” says Shane Higby, senior vice president, head of home appliance business, Samsung Electronics America. “Samsung’s 2025 Bespoke AI appliances represent the next evolution of smart home technology, integrating AI-powered convenience, enhanced connectivity and modern design.”
A Closer Look at the 2025 Bespoke AI appliances
Offering more flexibility for laundry spaces, Samsung is introducing new front load models, including the Bespoke AI Laundry Vented Combo, a product the company says is the industry’s first vented all-in-one washer-dryer in its class.
Samsung’s new all-in-one washer-dryer expands on the Bespoke AI Laundry Ventless Combo introduced in 2024. Like the ventless model, it washes and dries clothes in one cycle, eliminating the task of transferring loads. The Bespoke AI Vented Combo can wash and dry a load of laundry in just 68 minutes, which Samsung claims is the fastest wash and dry time for an all-in-one laundry product in its class.
Samsung’s 2025 Bespoke AI laundry appliances are equipped with an 7-inch AI Home LCD touchscreen that provides easy access to cycles, settings and product care information. The company points out the all-in-one takes the guesswork out of laundry with Samsung’s AI OptiWash and AI Optimal Dry technology, automatically choosing the best wash and dry cycles. Intelligent sensors detect the weight, fabric type and soil level of clothes and determine the best cleaning cycle and drying time. The washer also features a Flex Auto Dispense System that automatically dispenses the ideal amount of detergent and fabric softener for every load. Users can add their preferred detergent and fabric softener or use both compartments for detergent to hold and automatically dispense up to 47 loads — and the dispenser will send an alert when detergent is running low.
With the Bespoke AI Appliances homeowners can also get end-of-cycle alerts and remotely start, stop or delay your laundry appliances from your phone, using the SmartThings app.
Like the larger 32-inch LCD touchscreen on Family Hub+ products, the 9-inch AI Home LCD touchscreen on these new models functions as users’ personal kitchen assistant and a convenient control center for their smart home. With a built-in camera equipped with Samsung’s AI Vision Inside technology, the new Bespoke AI Home refrigerators can recognize fresh food items and keep track of what goes in and out of the fridge, so homeowners always know what you have on hand. When homeowners want to check, they can pull up a list of the food inside on the AI Home Screen or in your SmartThings app.
Another new addition to Samsung’s refrigerator lineup is the Bespoke AI Hybrid 4-Door Flex Refrigerator. It optimizes cooling efficiency and energy use by intelligently combining two power sources — a high-efficiency AI Inverter Compressor and a Peltier module. The introduction of the Peltier module allows the refrigerator to function like a hybrid car by using two power sources together, only when needed to efficiently cool the inside of the fridge.
Samsung is upgrading its Bespoke 30-inch Double and Single Wall Ovens with a software update that will deliver an enhanced user experience via the 7-inch AI Home LCD touchscreen. Similar to other Bespoke AI Home touchscreens, you’ll be able to search recipes, control your smart home and more. On select models with Samsung’s AI Pro Cooking technology, making meals will be easier. The oven’s AI camera will recognize 80 recipes and display the optimal cook time and temperature, and you’ll be able to track your frequently cooked dishes as well.
Samsung boasts that it continues to expand its induction cooking line with new Induction Cooktops that will be available in the spring of 2025 with 36-inch and 30-inch options. The smart, energy-efficient induction cooktops are equipped with multiple induction burners, including a powerful 4.3kW Power Burner.
The 38 dBA Bespoke Smart Dishwasher with 3rd Rack Washing System brings new capabilities to Samsung’s dishwasher portfolio. The company adds the appliance’s 2.25-inch LCD screen is easy to read and navigate and it shows homeowners everything they need to control the dishwasher. AI technology takes the guesswork out of washing dishes, optimizing the cleaning cycle of every load and automatically saving time, energy and water usage without sacrificing cleaning performance.
