One of the biggest personalities in the electronics industry is the PR pro Kim Lancaster. Kim’s passion for food impacts just about every aspect of her life, including her professional gig as the founder of Caster Communications. Do not put processed food in front of Kim unless you want to feel her wrath. Kim grows her own vegetables, she participates in local farm co-op plans, she seeks out local meat and fish, and when she’s traveling, she maintains a list of restaurants, which meet her standards.
