It was said this martial art was developed for smaller people and there is a lot of legend behind the art. The premise is you have to hit an opponent more than once. In the movie IP Man will throw multiple punches to the same spot. The idea is that if you don’t have the same power as a bigger opponent, multiple strikes to the same spot will have the same effect.
