Sony VPL-VW1025ES Faroudja Test Disc Deinterlacing:
Using the old Faroudja test disc, which is about 20-years-old, I ran a bunch of the test patterns, which are based in a 480i resolution. This test shows if a video system’s processing can resolve the missing lines in a frame to deliver progressive scan images. The Sony X1 for Projector processing also upscaled this content to 4K.
