Nice, a global provider of Home and Building Management solutions, has filled an important position in its C-suite team. The Carlsbad, Calif.-based company has announced the appointment of Senthoor Navaratnam as the chief product officer for Nice North America.
Navaratnam’s expertise in driving strategic growth across global markets is anticipated to be instrumental toward the company’s goal to deliver integrated and unified solutions to Nice partners and end users, it states.
He takes over the position from Paul Williams, who recently shifted from CPO to managing director of the Home Management Solutions Business division.
Navaratnam brings an accomplished 25-year career having worked in executive level positions with esteemed companies such as Hubbell, Schneider Electric, and GE, Nice notes.
His experience ranges across positions covering sales, service delivery, technology development, and product management, while overseeing complex P&L responsibilities management, and regional leadership.
