Hisense, a global manufacturer of consumer electronics and home appliance industries, has announced 2024 ULED and ULED X TV lineups alongside its global debut to the automotive industry at CES 2024.
Hisense boasts that its 2024 product line ushers in a new era of LED TV entertainment. This year, the company continues, the brand has announced its latest ULED lineup and two new ULED X models—98UX and 110UX—which it asserts further cements its position as an innovative technology company that delivers value.

A Closer Look at the ULED and ULED X Products
98UX Series: Hisense explains that 2023 represented a shift in the capabilities of Mini LED TVs with the introduction of its ULED X technologies. The Mini LED technology is said to provide precision in dimming control for the performance of the company’s LED TVs. This year, Hisense it is growing the product line with two new additions to the ULED X family: the 110UX and 98UX, Mini LED TVs.
According to the company, the 98UX improves upon the previous generation with enhancements that make the ULED product line bigger, brighter, and faster. Boasting an increased peak brightness scaling up to an impressive 5,000 nits—nearly double that of last year’s model and even more depth and contrast with over 10,000 local dimming zones, the 98UX brings high levels of picture quality on a 98-inch screen. Some of the features the ULED X 98-inch model offers include an increased native refresh rate of 144Hz for smooth motion, and 4.2.2 channels of audio.

110UX: Moving up to an even bigger screen size, the 110UX features over 40,000 backlight zones on its 110-inch screen. Hisense says the 110UX’s design virtually eliminates blooming and elevates contrast through high-output Mini LED technology reaching brightness levels as high as 10,000 nits. Hisense states the new 110UX Series covers 95% of the BT.2020 color gamut to produce vivid and colorful images.
Hisense stresses that its new big-screen TV’s Hi-View Engine X chipset is driven by AI recognizes scene content and dynamically adjusting capabilities. Like the ULED X, the 110-inch big-screen TV comes with 4.2.2 channel audio with options such as Dolby Atmos Flex Connect capabilities.
2024 ULED Lineup: U6N, U7N, U8N Series
Hisense looks back and notes that it set itself apart from its competitors in 2023 by integrating Mini LED technology across its entire lineup. In 2024 Hisense claims that it is staying ahead of industry trends with a ULED Series that features a lineup of televisions that are tailored to diverse preferences and lifestyles.
As part of its 2024 product line Hisense QLED-Mini LED takes center stage in its 2024 ULED lineup by increasing peak brightness levels to up to 3,000 nits. With screen sizes ranging from 55 to 85 inches, home entertainment enthusiasts can enjoy a range of content options available through Google TV including, more than 700,000 movies and TV episodes, live TV, and more available across more than 10,000 apps. Hisense comments the new 2024 upgrades deliver high levels of brightness and contrast, and offer features such as Dolby Vision, IMAX Enhanced, and Filmmaker Mode.

Other features the U6N, U7N, and U8N products offer homeowners include 144Hz native refresh rates, a new Game Bar feature, low input lag/ALLM, G-Sync compatibility, Dolby Gaming, Freesync Premium Pro, and Game Mode Pro. Additionally, the products incorporate Wi-Fi 6e and NEXTGEN TV (ATSC 3.0) support access to streaming content and over-the-air (OTA) free broadcast content.
Hisense also points out the TVs utilize its Hi-View Engine PRO chipset that are featured exclusively in the U7 and U8 Series. Hisense explains This AI chipset leverages deep learning to improve the viewing experience for homeowners. The Hisense processing engine offers a wealth of options that include the company’s Dynamic Tone Mapping Pro, Face Detection, AI HDR Enhancement, and AI Detail Enhancement.
100 U76N: Big Screen, Big Features: In addition to the ULED and ULED X product lines with their big-screen options, the 100 U76N 100-inch TV boasts an array of features, including Hisense’s ULED technology, QLED-Quantum Dot technology, and a 4K UHD resolution. Other features the U76N 100-inch TV offers include a 144 Hz refresh rate for fluid motion, Filmmaker Mode, and IMAX Enhanced to support high-application gaming and movie watching activities. The TV’s Wi-Fi 6e enables uninterrupted streaming, while it Google TV platform provides a choice of content options.
