Core Brands has announced the introduction of its Elan Builder Program to help builders sell more homes.
Through the program, Elan will provide homebuilders with a range of entertainment and control solutions that can be further personalized to meet the needs of individual homebuyers.
“Elan offers builders the best home automation standard to help sell more homes,” says Bret Jacob, director of builder Sales, Core Brands. “Today’s homeowners demand home technology and entertainment options in their new homes, and they want their technology and entertainment to be easy and personal. The Elan Builder Program takes the confusion out of offering and delivering home automation standards.
"Elan has been innovating home technology solutions for three decades with a philosophy of ‘Your World Made Simple.’ Most recently, Elan was recognized for offering the best user interface by the CTA Tech Home Mark of Excellence Award Committee. We are now making it easier than ever for our dealers to bring Elan solutions to their builders, and we are certain that this program will generate new builder leads for our dealers.”
Elan Builder Program Webinars
Dealers can learn more about the Elan Builder Program by attending one of the "Selling More Homes with Personalized Home Automation dealer" workshop webinars. These webinars will feature home building authority Mike Moore.
The first two webinars are scheduled for March 28 and March 30. Registration for the webinars is now open.
The presentations will include a program overview from Jacob and a summary from Moore on the best practices for selling new homes faster and for more money by personalizing them with technology.
Following the webinars, Jacob and Moore will launch additional webinars and in-person presentations directly to builders.
Moore, whose background in home building goes back two decades, co-founded and developed Options Online, an online design studio and operating system for the home building industry, that is now available as Studio Chateau.
Elan emphasizes that it developed its Builder Program to offer builders a complete range of benefits, including aggressively priced and fully featured base packages, outstanding direct manufacturer support and project oversight, and model home incentive programs.
The program’s benefits to homebuyers are equally strong, according to Core Brands, and they include personalized control and automation systems for each individual buyer.
