These racks, and the entire interior and most of the exterior of the home, are surrounded in beautiful custom mahogany woodwork. Custom cabinet makers spent two years onsite cutting and fitting the various mahogany panels throughout this home. Vented solid mahogany doors with magnetic latches hide the racks when not being serviced.

The cooling system is also unique. The racks are mounted in a large garage and there are two Active Thermal Management “System 1” ventilation fan systems pulling hot air out through custom vents on the top of each rack, so overheating is never an issue.  Fresh air is drawn in from custom vents cut into a mahogany panel beneath the racks.

We used blank panels to conceal power supplies, distribution amps, and other “unsightly” small components that do not aesthetically fit with a custom rack shelf.  The extensive computer networking within the home is next to the audio/video components, aiding in ease of hookup and service.
