When it comes to motorized shading, the mechanical guts of the shades are just as important as the shades themselves. For that reason, it helps to know just who is enabling those experiences, and Bond is keen on making that known to attendees at this year’s CEDIA Expo 2023. The Olibra brand will be making appearances at 10 separate demos across the showfloor with its Bond Bridge Pro RF-to-WiFi bridge and battery-powered flush-mount keypads.
At $379 MSRP, the Bond Bridge Pro RF-to-WiFi bridge brings smartphone control to motorized window treatments, ceiling fans and gas fireplaces in the home while also integrating with major control brands such as Crestron, Savant, and Control4. The wireless (RF), battery-powered flush-mount keypads can also be used to remotely control shades throughout the home.
The newest is the Sidekick for Shades Gen2 keypad ($99 MSRP), which this simultaneously controls multiple brands within a 2,000 sq. ft. home and can provide state feedback. It is compatible with Somfy, Rollease Acmeda, Motion Blinds, Dooya, Gaposa, Nice, AMP Motorization, A-OK, MagnaTrack, and PowerShades.
Where to Find Bond Throughout CEDIA Expo 2023
While Bond will have its own dedicated booth at the Expo (Booth 1838), the brand will also be a part of a variety of partner booths where it will be demonstrating Bond Bridge Pro and Sidekick for Shades Gen2 integrations.
