Systems integration business management software provider D-Tools will be featuring the latest versions of its flagship on-premises System Integrator software and next-generation Cloud platform at ISE 2024.
On the heels of its CEDIA Expo 2023 appearance in September where it debuted System Integrator (SI) Version 20, the specialized software company will showcase its System Integrator Version 21 at ISE 2024 in Barcelona, Spain.
According to the Concord, Calif.-based firm, enhancements to the System Integrator software include a suite of new project management and documentation capabilities along with easier categorization and selection of products within the SI database.
D-Tools says SIv21 offers more accurate data, better scheduling precisions, simplified bulk data management and other design features meant to improve efficiency and profitability.
Specifically, SIv21 includes an enhanced documentation and file organization system that features the ability to add files or links to products, such as spec sheets and installation manuals. In addition, the new version streamlines documentation within the platform and a new reporting function links those files to project files to enable more organized and efficient management.

SIv20 also features a more streamlined closeout process, as clients will receive all necessary closeout documents and files.
Along with a new visual interface that comes with a dark mode, the new version of the software includes improved scheduling precision that brings the ability to choose specific labor types when adding items to a task, leading to better project management and accuracy of project timelines.
D-Tools is also bringing simplified bulk data management features to SIv20 with import/export functionality for checklists using CSV files which is designed to ensure consistency in task execution across projects and reduce errors. In addition, integrators can merge clients and vendors to help eliminate duplicate entries and ensure data accuracy.
SI users can also filter the “Add from product Library” by vendor partner to streamline the product selection process.
D-Tools also plans to showcase its D-Tools Cloud, a web-based multi-OS solution that is now available to integrators in the UK in addition to being free to all integrators through a Solo plan subscription. It also features new tools designed to expedite the generation and throughput of proposals to help integrators close deals faster.
According to D-Tools, the solution is designed to facilitate dynamic and engaging multimedia proposals and offer browser-based visual quoting to enable closer collaboration with clients to make closing deals faster.
New features include the ability to select and populate optional items on proposals automatically to help save time and improve accuracy.
Also a new feature, “hotspots” can be added to images within the gallery and portfolio sections of the proposal to highlight key areas of interest.
Users can now add WYSIWYG snippets to documents and create blocks of text to be saved for future use within any WSIWYG text editing model, the company says.
A new client signoff feature allows service technicians to have clients sign off on work summaries for better customer engagement and project management.
Other new features include a simpler way to organize and search for brands and suppliers and check product availability, as well as greater visibility and organization of change orders.
ISE attendees can request a live demo of SIv21 and Cloud on the show floor by emailing D-Tools at [email protected] and stop by ISE stand 2L500.
