Kaleidescape has a ton of industry momentum going on in 2023 as we head into CEDIA Expo 2023 in Denver (Sept. 7-9). Premium media server provider Kaleidescape earned the #1 spot in this year’s CE Pro 100 Brand Analysis Media Server category.
In our annual CE Pro 100 brand analysis, Kaleidescape overtook Sonos for the #1 spot in its Media Servers category. Additionally, for 2023, the northern California-based company jumped up to 65%, a huge jump from last year as Kaleidescape was at 54%.
In this exclusive video with CE Pro editor Arlen Schweiger, Kaleidescape CEO Tayloe Stansbury chats about why he believes the company earned its “Bullet Brand” designation in the Brand Analysis as a fast-growing company due to the amount of new dealers who mentioned Kaleidescape as their preferred vendor in the Media Servers space – 10+ new dealers.
Additionally, Kaleidescape announced several key moves within the organization in 2023, and Stansbury discusses the new hires and why they have been critical to the organization’s major traction this year.
The new COO is Priscilla Morgan, whom Stansbury was courting thanks to her valuable industry experience and ties. Additionally, veteran leaders Jack Kline and Thomas Molter from the respective digital cinema technology and entertainment sectors, have joined the Kaleidescape Board of Directors.

Kaleidescape in 40 Booth Demonstrations at CEDIA Expo 2023
Kaleidescape’s big product news will be to spotlight that its new Terra Prime is “ready for prime time” (and with good timing for nearby University of Colorado coach Deion “Prime Time” Sanders) and will be showcased in booth #2143 of the Colorado Convention Center during CEDIA Expo 2023.

Meanwhile, integrator attendees can see the powerful performance and functionalities of Kaleidescape all over the show floor. The company’s solutions will be sourcing high-resolution content in 40 vendor demonstrations, exceeding last year’s footprint, Stansbury note.
“It’s a testament to why Kaleidescape is the ultimate movie platform,” he says.
In the Kaleidescape booth itself, visitors can see the demos on Quantum Media Systems’ 220” LED wall at the front, two Sony 100” TVs on the sides, and a Trinnov processor delivering lossless audio through Meyer Sound speakers.
