Providing its dealers with an affordable, laser-based projection solution that delivers high levels of value, Digital Projection has lowered the price of its recently introduced E-Vision 4000 4K-UHD Projector to $5,299.
The new Digital Projection product incorporates a single 0.47-inch Texas Instruments’ (TI) DarkChip 3 DMD DLP chip, along with a six-segment phosphor wheel; an eight-segment color wheel, and 10-bit color processing (30 bits per pixel). The E-Vision 4000 4K-UHD Projector provides an UHD compliant 3840 x 2160 resolution, and up to 3,300 ANSI lumens of brightness/3,800 ISO lumens of brightness.
Some of the other features the competitively priced DLP laser projector provides include two HDMI inputs with HDCP, 3D support, HDR processing, MEMC motion processing, vertical keystone correction, selectable 16:9, 4:3, letterbox and full screen aspect ratio choices, and digital zoom capabilities.
Providing professional integrators with installation flexibility, the E-Vision 4000 4K-UHD Projector also includes HDBaseT connectivity for the transmission of uncompressed high-definition (HD) video content over Cat-5e/Cat-6 cabling.
In addition, the new Digital Projection E-Series model comes with a 1.13-1.7:1 lens and other dealer-friendly options such as LAN, RS-232 and 12-volt trigger amenities for integration into home control systems.
