All too often we are called to a prospective Client’s home only to find that the previous “integrator” or “installer” has done such a terrible job that they simply walk away and refuse to answer the client’s phone calls. Ever been in that situation?

We were called to trouble shoot some problems for a client a couple years ago and found a classic example of how not to wire a system. We spent a number of hours correcting the wiring, labeling the wiring, and properly connecting everything.
