Sonance TruFIG

You’ve seen the disappearing speakers from Sonance, now the company has a sister in TruFIG, maker of disappearing dimmers, outlets, lighting cans and more.

TruFIG fits in-wall devices flat with the wall through a clever installation process.

Electrical outlets, light switches, touchscreens, loudspeakers and recessed lights all seem to disappear into the wall when you paint them the same color as your room.

TruFIG lets you match a variety of devices from different manufacturers, and they will all look the same.

This stuff is gorgeous!

Too bad my walls are mostly wood paneling. And too bad the products start at $300 – that’s a hefty add-on to a $1 electrical outlet or $150 dimmer.
