I recently tried out a set of the small Adam A5 active monitors. Some of Adam Audio’s larger theater-oriented products, the Tensor Betas, were at CEDIA Expo 2009.

Using a Classe disc player as the front end and a disc engineered with the A5s, the Tensor Betas exhibit the same image and clarity traits as the smaller Adams.
