The new LED TV line, which began shipping in August, headlined Sharp’s CEDIA Expo 2009 booth. The 1080p LCD LE700 Aquos LED series includes 32-, 40-, 46- and 52-inch models.

Sharp says it uses what it calls an X-Gen LCD Panel to provide a contrast ratio of more than 2,000,000:1 and Proprietary Fine Motion Enhanced technology is included for 120 Hz frame rate conversion.

The LC-52LE700UN, LC-46LE700UN, LC-40LE700UN and LC-32LE700UN are available for $2,799.99, $2,199.99, $1,699.99 and $1,099.99, respectively.
