Panasonic 103" Plasma
Panasonic’s TH-103PZ600U 103” plasma was actually available to consumers during Christmas 2006.

The 1080p, 89.3” w x 50.2” h plasma was available for $69,999.95.

So the company actually sold a big TV? How come?

“Panasonic didn’t create the world’s largest plasma TV as a technology demo for a trade show,” said Andrew Nelkin, Panasonic’s Display Group Vice President.

Hmm. That’s interesting, considering what it displayed at the 2008 CES ...
