Screen Innovations (SI), has added to its selection of shade products through the release of its new Kick Ass Outdoor Shades (Kaos) Shades.
SI explains that it developed its new shade product to resist high-wind environments and the product line is Miami Dade Hurricane Certified for use in high-velocity hurricane zones. SI will showcase its new Kaos Shades at CEDIA 2024 in booth #1928.
According to the Texas-based manufacturer, the new shade products are designed with multiple structures to give the shades strength and durability. The Kaos Shades incorporate the company’s proprietary V-Screen Retention System that is said to hold the shade structure in place, while making the products easy to install and easy to service.
SI emphasizes that similar to its Zen products, the new Kaos Shades meet the many requirements of interior designers and architects to provide homeowners with a sleek, modern appearance. SI points out the new outdoor shades are available in a choice of hurricane-approved Kevlar fabric options, as well as high-wind fabrics, and homeowners can choose from a box or pocket-cassette enclosure that is offered in an array of colors.
In addition, SI stresses the Kaos Shades are complementary to its complete ecosystem and match its Nano, Nino and Origami shades with the same power and control capabilities.
