Admit One Home Systems presided over an extensive overhaul of the property’s multitudinous gathering spaces, adding new technology systems to accentuate the experience. From a poolside lounge to a sizeable outdoor kitchen, Admit One kept the technological accoutrements fun and functional to keep activities flowing smoothly on the property.
“The primary challenge was to ensure that the home was fully operational and showcased at its best for the prestigious Artisan Home Tour,” noted Kristin Reinitz.
“That deadline added an extra layer of complexity to the installation process, especially the outdoor entertainment space, as weather in Minnesota is very unpredictable.”
Aflresco Dining Meets Outdoor Entertainment at Halstead’s Bay
An expansive outdoor kitchen and patio area sit at the heart of the outdoor living experience on the property. A perfect spot for alfresco dining, the area naturally becomes the preferred location for hosting larger gatherings.

Sunbrite TVs and a Sonance SLS audio system pair with comfortable seating arrangements and elegant overhead lighting to keep the entertainment running well into the evening on those warmer summer nights. The entire arrangement, according to Reinitz, creates a soft, inviting environment where those present can immerse themselves in the natural splendor of the landscape, aided immensely by those picturesque views of the lake.
Sunbrite and Sonance do much of the heavy lifting for the outdoor entertainment at Halstead’s Bay with additional systems being in place at the poolside lounge, as well as both the bocci and pickleball courts.
Access points from Access Networks, meanwhile, carry the networking infrastructure into the outdoor environments, providing uninterrupted connectivity for streaming, gaming, and communication throughout the property.
These elements, Reinitz stated, combine to make the outdoor areas at Halstead’s Bay a standout feature, ideal for both intimate and large-scale outdoor entertainment.
“Each zone is thoughtfully designed for specific activities, offering diverse entertainment options in a luxurious setting throughout the day,” stated Reinitz.
“And then, as the day transitions into night, the expertly lighting creates a warm, inviting ambiance, making these outdoor areas just as functional and appealing after dark.
