With all the hubbub surrounding 4K video, there's one bit of info to keep in mind: there’s no 4K content. Now there is, sort of. Sony has begun selling its 4K-upscaling Blu-ray player, the BDP-S790 ($249.99). The BDP-S790, which is available now online from Sony and from dealers starting May 6, 2012, doesn’t actually play 4K discs or 4K content, because there isn't any.
