At the recently completed CEDIA Expo 2024 show in Denver, Digital Projection, a brand of Delta, highlighted its micro and dvLED video wall offerings with the introduction of a line designed exclusively for residential applications. The new Radiance Home video wall gives Digital Projection dealers a compelling new large-scale imaging solution to offer their luxury home clients.
“LED video walls have long been a staple of commercial projects but are relative newcomers in residential spaces. That’s because most solutions have been designed specifically for commercial environments,” says George Walter, senior executive, Digital Projection. “Demand for video walls optimized for home environments is escalating at an incredible rate, so we took the initiative this year to develop one of the first video walls engineered and designed exclusively for residential applications.”
Radiance Home Video Wall Delivers Reference Image Performance
Digital Projection explains that it new product line is purpose-built for high-end home applications, and it points out the Radiance Home Video Wall utilizes the latest video display industry technologies and design elements to streamline the deployment and support common to residential applications. Digital Projection also emphasizes that its new product line meet the imaging demands of discerning residential clientele. Built into the high-performance LED video wall are technologies and controllers to enable fast configuration of user-defined presets, Wi-Fi connectivity and integration with third-party control systems. The Radiance Home Video Wall supports formats such as HDR (high dynamic range), as well as a 4K resolution, and REC 2020 Color Space. Protecting the video walls is a special optical coating that Digital Projection says helps the displays to to produce higher contrast levels and overall image quality.
The company adds that whether an AV integrator is specifying an LED video wall for a high-end home theater or a projection system for a multi-purpose media space, it has a selection products for the application, and the product line is backed with dealer service and support.
