Legrand | AV, has announced that it has signed an agreement with national homebuilder and developer Taylor Morrison Home Corp.
Under the agreement, Taylor Morrison customers now have the option of customizing their future residences with products from Legrand | AV’s Luxul, On-Q, and Pass & Seymour brands.
“We couldn’t be more excited to team up with Taylor Morrison,” says Kevin Murphy, national builder sales manager at Legrand | AV.
“The company is the fifth-largest home builder in the U.S., having recently acquired William Lyon Homes and AV Homes. The partnership provides a huge opportunity for Legrand | AV to expand its footprint in the builder market while giving Taylor Morrison customers the products and technologies they need to create the homes of their dreams.”
Whether in person at Design Studios located across the United States, or online via the Virtual Canvas Studio, Taylor Morrison customers have access to the latest design trends, appliances, and technologies to make their new houses feel like a home. For an elegant, modern design, they can now upgrade their home’s standard switches, receptacles, dimmers, GFCI outlets, USB chargers, and more with Pass & Seymour devices. Available options include products from the radiant and adorne collections, with a one-of-a-kind GFCI USB outlet coming soon.Â
According to Legrand | AV, solutions from Luxul and On-Q provide Taylor Morrison customers with a solid foundation for today’s smart connected home. Luxul routers and wireless access points (AP) offer reliable internet connectivity and WiFi. With the network infrastructure in place at move-in, all buyers need to do is contact their internet service provider (ISP). To complete the connected home, structured wiring and plastic media enclosures from On-Q distribute data, video, and voice signals throughout the home while consolidating network components and other modules out of sight for a clean look.Â
