Adding a room-friendly subwoofer to its line of products, Bluesound has introduced its SUB+ subwoofer.
Bluesound says that its latest product supports wired or wireless Bluesound whole-house audio and home theater systems, and it is available in a choice of black or white finishes.
The SUB+ ships with a wall-mount bracket and magnetic rubber feet to allow integrators to wall mount the sub or place it on the floor in a range of locations.
Developed from the ground up, Bluesound’s newest subwoofer was conceived to combine ergonomics, aesthetics and functionality. The subwoofer incorporates an 8-inch woofer and a 150-watt Smart Amplifier with digital signal processing (DSPs).
Bluesound specifies subwoofer to play down to 22Hz, and it says the SUB+ measures 18 inches wide x 11.8 inches tall x 5.75 inches deep.
The company points out that integrators can use the app to setup the subwoofer with any Bluesound product, and they can locate the sub anywhere within a client’s home.
