The popular power tool manufacturer DeWalt has announced its portable USB Charging Kit (DCB094K) as a solution to help contractors and integrators with limited access to electrical outlets on job sites.
DeWalt says that its new USB Charging Kit provides users with a convenient way to charge their tools and smart devices while working at customer sites, where in many cases there are aren’t many places to charge tools and devices.
According to the power tool manufacturer, the USB Charging Kit incorporates a 100-watt bi-directional C-port that contractors and integrators can use to charge DeWalt 20V Max and FlexVolt batteries, and output power to charge a variety of business and personal products that include computers, tablets and phones.
DeWalt points out the USB Charging Kit also features a USB-A port to allow users to charge devices up to 12-watts when using standard USB cables, and the kit comes with a “State of Charge” indicator to display battery status.
The company adds the portable USB Charging Kit ships with a DCB094 USB Charger, as well as a 100-watt rated USB cable, a 65-watt AC power supply and a belt hook.
