DOW Technologies announces the acquisition of PA-based Tech Source Distributors. The parties have finalized the deal as of Thursday, March 31st, and Tech Source’s Montgomeryville, PA office will be closed on Friday, April 1st to complete the process.
According to a company press release, DOW has acquired certain assets and will continue to operate out of the current Tech Source location.

Headquartered in Tampa, Fla., DOW Technologies is one of the largest independently owned and operated technology distributors servicing independent retailers, according to the company.
