Bolstering its selection network switches, SnapAV’s Pakedge brand has launched its MS Series Layer 3 Managed Switches with OvrC capabilities.
SnapAV says that Pakedge‘s latest range of network switches provides integrators a choice of five models that can be used for residential and commercial installations.
Additionally, this line of products represents the first series of Pakedge products to incorporate SnapAV’s OvrC remote monitoring platform.
The N.C.-based company points out the MS Series of products support plug-and-play applications for standard installations, as well as advanced Layer 3 functions, and pro AV that includes Dante and Q-LAN based systems.
Some of the features the newly announced line of products offer include rear-facing ports, 10Gbps SFP+ fiber uplinks, and PoE+.
The MS Series of Layer 3 switches provides professional integrators a choice of five 12-, 24- and 44-port models in a variety of PoE+ configurations. SnapAV states the MS-1212 and MS2424 models are available now, and the MS-2400, MS-2416 and MS-4424 can be preordered now. The preorder switches will ship according to SnapAV in July 2020.
