The Home Technology Specialists of America (HTSA) industry buying group anticipated a strong reaction to the news it was opening its second Lightapalooza event to the custom channel at large, and well ahead of the conference attendees can be assured that is the case. On the heels of opening registration in November to anyone in the custom electronics industry, HTSA says Lightapalooza 2023 has already signed on 25 major lighting exhibitors, with more expected to be announced.
The second annual educational and networking event will be held February 20-23, 2023, at the Renaissance Phoenix Glendale Hotel & Spa. Lightapalooza 2023 has been designed to provide a unique opportunity for custom integrators and lighting manufacturers to connect, share ideas, join workshops and education and engage around the ultra-fast-growing lighting category.
“Lighting is a chief element in designing luxury spaces – it changes how we feel in a space and amplifies brilliant design,” says David Weinstein, vice president of Residential Sales for Lutron Electronics.
The company’s lighting fixtures options and Ketra brand have been a boon to top integrators such as the CE Pro 100, and representative of the category’s explosive growth in recent years.
“Lutron is excited to exhibit at Lightapalooza this February, where lighting designers and custom integrators will come together to have the opportunity to experience our Intelligent Lighting Portfolio firsthand. From the brilliant Ivalo line to the innovative Ketra offering, Lutron empowers professionals to deliver unparalleled experiences of light for their clients,” Weinstein adds.
