One of the most popular audio companies for enthusiasts has just introduced its new Prime Wireless Pro Powered Speakers.
SVS, a manufacturer known for its subwoofers and accessories, new speakers are a second-generation solution that offers homeowners high-resolution audio playback capabilities, as well as Ethernet and Wi-Fi network connectivity, and whole-house audio options via DTS Play-Fi.
The Prime Wireless Pro Powered Speakers employ a master/slave configuration where one speaker incorporates amplification to power the other speaker. The speakers amplification utilizes 50-watts of power per driver for a total of 200-watts of power, and SVS utilize a two-way design with a 1-inch aluminum dome tweeter and a 5.25-inch midrange driver. Other technical elements of the speakers include a built-in 24-bit/192kHz DAC, along with a digital crossover network, and physical connections that include HDMI with ARC/eARC, optical digital, analog line level, 3.5mm, and a subwoofer output.
Externally, the speakers’ OLED display communicates system status, and SVS emphasizes the Prime Wireless Pro Powered Speakers provide users with a choice of Apple AirPlay 2, Bluetooth; voice command capabilities through Siri, Alexa and Google, and control options using an IR remote, the speakers’ front panel knobs or the DTS Play-Fi app.
SVS adds the speakers are available in a choice of gloss black or white finishes.
