SurgeX, a manufacturer of advanced power protection, analytical software, remote monitoring, and cloud solutions, has announced the appointment of Chad Russell to the SurgeX sales team as director of residential sales.
An industry veteran with over 25 years of experience, the company says that Chad Russell will oversee all residential sales for SurgeX and guide the sales team towards achieving new milestones.
“Chad brings unparalleled passion to his work ethic,” says Steve Trunkett, director, global sales at SurgeX.
“He is known throughout the industry for his high energy training style, command of cutting-edge control system knowledge, his ability to build sales organizations, revitalize educational programs, and creation of best practice resources for dealers that help them increase sales, profitability, and efficiency for their businesses.”
Russell has worked within the custom installation space since his college years and began mastering his direct-to-consumer craft in the booming Scottsdale market in the early 2000s. From there, Russell shifted his focus to the manufacturing side of the business where he cultivated a dynamic background. Throughout his nearly three decade career, Russell has served as regional sales manager for both Kaleidescape and Crestron Electronics, the territory sales manager for VUDU, vice president of sales for ICE Cable Systems, and most recently, the director of sales for Josh.ai.
“Over the course of my entire career, I’ve been driven by an aspirational desire to have a positive impact on the organizations I work with,” comments Russell.
“In each role, I strive to maximize growth potential by identifying the rare gem opportunities that are created only through the unique blend of creativity, assessment, and collaboration. In this new role, I look forward to uncovering those hidden gem opportunities for SurgeX.”
