Augmenting its selection of outdoor audio products, the new Sonance Patio Series provides integrators with a small-scale speaker system.
Describing its latest product line as a system designed for “petite outdoor spaces,” the Patio Series features four satellite loudspeakers and an in-ground subwoofer that are finished with a textured brown exterior.
According to the company, the newly introduced Sonance patio Series will serve integrators as a product line that represents the evolving outdoor AV entertainment landscape.
“We continually challenge ourselves to deliver the best outdoor audio experience to our customers,” states Josh Blanken, product manager, Sonance.
“For years Sonarray has been a powerful solution for integrators looking to provide landscape audio systems for their customers at a high value price point. With Patio Series replacing Sonarray, integrators will now have the ability to provide class-leading performance and aesthetics, in much smaller spaces. Sonance is showcasing the new outdoor system at the ISE show in Amsterdam with an active demonstration.”

The Sonance Patio Series in-ground subwoofer features an 8-inch dual voice coil, polypropylene cone and Santoprene surround.
Sonance says the small-footprint system is capable of delivering high levels of output in more “intimate courtyard and patio settings.”
Providing integrators with system configuration flexibility, the Patio Series can be expanded to include a total of eight satellite speakers and a second subwoofer when used with a Sonance SR 2-125 DSP amplifier.
Sonance, which is exhibiting in booth #1-N90 at ISE 2020, adds that a single Patio Series system with the four satellite speakers and single subwoofer is capable of covering up to 1,000-square feet of outdoor space.
