Providing integrators and their clients with a competitively priced immersive audio soundbar, Definitive Technology has announced its Studio 3D Mini.
Definitive Technology states that its latest soundbar offers homeowners a choice of Dolby Atmos and DTS:X immersive audio formats. The Studio 3D Mini also provides technologies such as HDMI eARC, and the proprietary Sound United HEOS wireless audio platform, which was first seen in Denon and Marantz products.
The company points out the Studio 3D Mini incorporates aluminum drivers and “theater-grade” processing. Once installed, Definitive Technology notes the 4.1 system through its six-driver array delivers audio that, “fill[s]. the room with a big, natural soundstage.”
Augmenting the immersive audio bundle’s ability to produce a dynamic listening experience, the soundbar is complemented with an 8-inch wireless subwoofer.
Some of the other options built-into the Studio 3D Mini soundbar system include Apple AirPlay2 to allow users to stream content from their iOS devices, as well as Roku TV Ready. This option enables the soundbar to seamless work with the Roku TV operating system.
Additionally, the immersive audio soundbar provides voice control compatibility with options for Amazon Alexa, Google Assistant and Apple Siri.
Definitive technology adds the soundbar supports the 4K, Dolby Vision and HDR video formats.
