K-array, USA, has announced the newest addition to its technical support team: Michael Green.
The Italian high-performance residential and commercial audio company says Green will be joining K-array USA as a junior technical support administrator. Green brings with him to K-array a wealth of knowledge and a passion for audio technology.
Green comes to K-array with a solid background in audio technology and technical support. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Music with a focus on Sound Recording Technology from the University of Massachusetts-Lowell, and he has spent the last few years working in the field. Green’s experience includes troubleshooting complex audio systems, providing technical guidance, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
In his role as junior technical support administrator, Green will assist customers and partners with their audio system inquiries and concerns. K-array emphasizes that it is thrilled to have Green join its team and are confident that his expertise and enthusiasm will enhance the support it provides its customers and partners.
