The Faces Behind NEAD
Founded by Xiaodong Yang and his family and led alongside Jim Kozicki, as Managing Director, NEAD combines decades of premium audio expertise with a shared vision to expand a proven premium audio distribution model across the United States and Canada.

It’s about building meaningful partnerships, strengthening the channel, and creating memorable audio experiences,” Jim Kozicki, Managing Director NEAD.
