RTI, has announced the release of its DSP Matrix Amplifier line. This new series represents what the Midwest-based company says is an advance in audio distribution, offering enhanced power with full DSP control for both residential and commercial applications.
“This new audio series is a direct response to integrator feedback,” states RTI product management director Neal Ellsworth. “We’ve completely reimagined our audio distribution family to deliver more of everything integrators have asked for – more power, more performance, more control, and more integration.”
The new line includes three models:
- AD-46-100: A 4×6 DSP Matrix Amplifier distributing four sources to six zones, with four zones amplified at up to 100 watts at 4 ohms all channels driven, or 50 watts at 8 ohms per channel.
- AD-810-100: An 8×10 DSP Matrix Amplifier distributing eight sources to 10 zones, with eight zones amplified at up to 100 watts at 4 ohms or 50 watts at 8 ohms per channel.
- AD-1616: A 16-source 16-zone DSP Audio Matrix for larger installations.
RTI DSP Matrix Amplifier Series Features
RTI points out the three new matrix amplifiers offer fast native integration with RTI systems. According to the company, the new DSP Matrix series of products incorporate integrator-friendly web user interfaces to enable the configuration and optimization of each matrix’s settings. RTI also notes this user interface is intuitive to streamline the setup process, and it enables the new matrix amplifiers to deliver high levels of performance as standalone systems or attached to other control systems.
Key features of the DSP Matrix Amplifier series include:
