Bryston, a manufacturer of audio electronics and loudspeakers, has announced that the BR-20 preamplifier/bit-perfect high-resolution streamer is now Roon Ready certified.
“Bryston is excited to enhance the user experience of the BR-20 by offering access to Roon functionality,” says Dave Kakenmaster, director of sales, U.S., Bryston.
“The BR-20 delivers performance unlike any other audiophile preamplifier/streamer, and the story becomes even more compelling with the addition of Roon certification.”
Roon Functionality Makes Bryston BR-20 Installation Friendly
According to Bryston, BR-20 users can now enjoy the Roon experience, an engaging way to browse, organize, and listen to music. Artist photos, credits, bios, reviews, lyrics, tour dates, and composers are located automatically, then interconnected by links to build a surfable digital magazine. Roon runs on most Mac, Windows, and Linux PCs, or on other products that include Roon Core. The Bryston BR-20 will automatically discover and connect to Roon without any configuration, creating the ultimate user experience for the music enthusiast.
The Bryston BR-20 combines a highly advanced analog preamplifier with the company’s flagship digital-to-analog conversion (DAC) platform and a high-performance streaming music player to create an ultimate performance audiophile hub.
The Roon Ready Bryston BR-20 preamp/streamer is available now.
