Panasonic emphasizes through HDMI 2.1’s feature set, which includes variable refresh rate (VRR) and high frame rate (HFR) support a range of gaming activities.
According to Panasonic, the JZ2000 series OLEDs inclusion of the HCX Pro AI processing reduces latency or “input lag” to also support a better gaming experience.
Separating the 2021 models from the 2020 product line, Panasonic also notes that its new OLED displays add side-firing speakers to the televisions, which already included upward-firing speakers.
In addition, the JZ2000 series OLED displays incorporate Panasonic’s Smart TV OS: My Home Screen 6.0.
