Josh.ai Revamps Dealer Training Program with Self-Paced Certification, Expanded In-Person Education

Published: July 9, 2026

Josh.ai has introduced a redesigned dealer training curriculum featuring self-paced online certification courses and expanded in-person education opportunities designed to help integrators build technical expertise and streamline onboarding.

Available through the company’s online learning platform, the updated curriculum includes interactive course content, revised learning paths, and refreshed technical instruction covering the latest Josh.ai platform features. According to the fast-growing home control company, the changes were developed using dealer feedback and are intended to help integrators more efficiently deploy, configure, and support Josh.ai installations.

“Every great homeowner experience starts with a knowledgeable integrator,” says Alex Capecelatro, CEO of Josh.ai. “As more dealers join the Josh.ai ecosystem, we’re investing even more in their success by giving them flexible online education, hands-on technical training, and direct access to our team. When our dealers grow their expertise, they grow their businesses, and that’s an investment we’re committed to making.”

Josh.ai says the updated training experience includes more interactive content and technical instruction intended to keep learners engaged while providing certification through a modernized online format.

Josh.ai Expands Hands-On Dealer Education

In addition to the online curriculum, Josh.ai is expanding its in-person training offerings throughout the year.

Before CEDIA Expo 2026, the company plans to host technical and sales training sessions at its headquarters on the Tuesday before the show, giving dealers an opportunity to work directly with the Josh.ai team ahead of the annual industry event.

According to Josh.ai, the expanded education program is intended to help dealers stay current with the platform, accelerate training for new employees, and improve customer deployments through a combination of online and in-person learning.
