He says companies need to do a better job of using texting as a form of communication; update their Linkedin profile, personalize it; make new hires’ first days great so they’ll want to come back, give five minutes of feedback (positive or negative) every two weeks; use/make YouTube videos to exemplify or instruct on certain things, like how exactly to dress ‘business casual’; put job listings on indeed.com; update website and job listing page, make descriptions less wordy/confusing; and much more.
