neonPlayer is a compact content management box with a front power button with display-status LED.
The software supports up to 1920 x 1080 resolutions and these video formats: MPG1/2/4, H.264, AVI, WMV, SWF and FLV. Supported image formats include: BMP, GIF, JPG, WMF, EMF and PNG.
Features include:
"Our new solutions are very easy and intuitive to use and do not require a dedicated IT person for execution."
neonSource, which is offered for displays in landscape mode, is a customizable digital signage solution that enables clients to create their own content.
It works for flat panels of any size and features Westinghouse's proprietary MosaicView technology, which lets multiple images be displayed simultaneously on one screen.
neonSource allows businesses to advertise on a timed rotation with banner ads or text insertion. It includes a component input for connection to external devices and an icon-based user interface.
neonNow can be run in both portrait and landscape modes and has preloaded templates for businesses that don't want to create their own.
It also uses an icon-based drag-and-drop interface for insertion of logos, ads or videos. neonNow has templates with customizable text for several industries including: retail/boutique, hospitality, restaurant, education and a generic design.
The neonPlayer, neonSource and neonNow solutions are now shipping. Westinghouse did not release pricing.
